Submission Guideline

Submission Process

All submissions must be made through our online submission portal:

Required documents:

  • Manuscript in MS Word format (.doc or .docx)

  • Author Declaration Form (to be uploaded during submission)

Note: Submissions in PDF format will not be accepted.

Upon submission, authors will receive a manuscript tracking number. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review, and editorial decisions are based on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Manuscript Types & Limits

  • Full Research Articles: Up to 25 pages; max 15 figures/tables

  • Review Articles: Up to 20 pages; max 10 figures/tables

  • Short Communications: Up to 10 pages; max 5 figures/tables

  • Case Reports: Up to 10 pages

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page: Title, author names and affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author

  2. Abstract & Keywords: Abstract (max 250 words) with 4–6 keywords

  3. Main Text:

    • Introduction

    • Materials and Methods

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

  4. References: Use Vancouver citation style

  5. Optional Sections: Acknowledgements, Conflict of Interest, Ethical Approval (if applicable)

Formatting Guidelines:

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line Spacing: Double-spaced

  • Alignment: Justified

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Paper Size: A4

Ethics & Declarations

Authors must:

  • Disclose any conflict of interest

  • Provide statements on ethical approval and informed consent for research involving human or animal subjects

Figures & Tables

  • Figures must be high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) in JPEG or PNG format

  • Tables must be editable and placed near relevant content within the manuscript

Review Process & Proofs

All manuscripts are evaluated by editorial board members and independent peer reviewers. Final proofs will be sent to the corresponding author before publication. Please note that no major content changes can be made at the proof stage.
